Our guiding pillars.

We are guided by relationships; always taking the time to understand the communities we work in and asking them to define their needs.

We are focused on the future; we believe in sharing our good fortune with others and creating sustainable solutions in our local communities.

The roots of our story begin with opportunity; our founder, Robert Bosa, has has always believed in giving back and creating opportunities for others.

Working together until we all thrive.

Volunteers at City Reach Care Society

Meaningful partnerships.

We give back to the communities in which we build. We work with local partners to amplify the good work they already do and provide support where they need it most.

CityReach Care Society offers a strong network for support to thousands of vulnerable individuals, children and families through its food security initiatives. The beginnings of our partnership started with volunteering our time, and today it involves a multi-year, million-dollar commitment to expand the reach of its food security programs.

Foundry Sea to Sky

Foundry Sea to Sky is a newly opened youth centre offering young people access to mental health and substance use support, primary care, peer support and social services. We are proud to have been an early donor to the multi-year project that brought together government partners and community members, through a shared commitment to youth in the Sea to Sky corridor.

Solid State Surrey

Solid State

Solid State builds worker co-operatives for racialized communities. They offer everything from training and mentorship, to co-op and business development support. We support their work in several ways, including the building of their new Black Arts Centre – a Black-youth owned and operated gallery and performance space in Downtown Surrey.
